I am your customer service department. I will be the go to person for all customer service related questions. I will send welcome emails to new clients and always provide a knowledgeable, friendly, and personal approach to all your clients. All of your client requests will be handled in a manner that suits your business and you will not even know about them unless your involvement is absolutely necessary.

Technical Issues
I will also handle the technical issue followup with your clients such as forgotten passwords, log-in issues, download issues etc… and communicate with your IT people regarding problems and updates if necessary.
